The Famous Richard Webb

We decided to go to IHOP for breakfast last Mon. because Klint had a day off and we wanted to do something different (I know, aren't we the daredevils). As we were leaving I was noticing how much that intersection has changed since the new light rail system was put in and I said, "That's kinda cool that they're even trying to make those power box things look nice by putting a desert scene on it." Then as we looked at it again we realized the scene on the power box was actually one of Klint's brother Richard's pictures. (He's an amazing photographer. If you want to see some of his other stuff check out his link to the right.) We aren't sure if he didn't know they were doing that or if he just hadn't told us they were going to, but we were really excited for him. We thought it was really cool. So if you're ever visiting the intersection of Main St. & Dobson in the Safeway shopping center you should stop and check it out. (or you can just look at the pics I'm posting here :)

I love that they paint the boxes to fit the landscape. I think it's double cool that you are related to the artist!
