Another Visitor

My old roommate/best friend Chelsea came to visit from Nebraska this week. She actually came to see her brother and watch his kids, but we made sure we had time to hang out. She is always so sweet to hang out with me even when I have to bring the boys. She always plays with them & loves them and never acts like it's an inconvenience to have them with us. They LOVE her. Alex has been talking about "Chewsea" constantly. Thanks to my wonderfully selfless sister Stacy we were able to spend all day Monday together. We shopped, had lunch, talked & laughed, and just enjoyed hanging out like old times. It was SO much fun! Unfortunately we were having too much fun to think about taking pics, but I got a few of her with the boys. Thanks for coming Chelsea! I love you!

Chelsea came with me to take Jameson to a soccer class so we decided to go hang out at McDonald's while we were waiting for him to finish his class. Alex really wanted to play in the play place, which was a system of tubes & slides, but was a little scared to do it by himself. With my irrational claustrophobia I couldn't take him in, but Chelsea was willing & took him all the way through. I think that's what sealed the deal for her to be Alex's new favorite person. Here's this cute pic of them when they finally got all the way through & came down the slide. We took the boys to a couple of stores over at San Tan Mall. We took the stroller, but the boys were not interested in sitting in it when they knew all they had to do was ask and Chelsea would carry them. At one point she was carrying both of the on her shoulders at once on the way back to the car. What a trooper! Here she is holding them & showing our stroller which ended up being used to hold our purchases instead of kiddos. Here she is saying "cheese" with them trying to get them to smile for the pic. She was such a trooper!
