Sesame Street Live

Thanks to a friend in our ward giving us some tickets we got to take the boys to Sesame Street Live on Sat. It worked out perfectly because I didn't have any clients that day so I could take the day off. It was SO much fun. We had box seats & that made it even more fun for the boys cause there were snacks & drinks galore. The show was all about imagining. They would do this thing where they said "1. close your eyes" and everyone was supposed to cover their eyes and imagine themselves somewhere else. I was so surprised that both of the boys did it every time. Sometimes we even had to remind them to uncover their eyes so they didn't miss anything. The boys' favorite part of the show was that one of the places they imagined they went was none other than AFRICA. They did it all with a black light so none of my pics turned out, but the boys were SO excited. We even had to call Grammy & Papa in Africa right after the show to tell them Elmo had been there. After the show we stopped at Johnny Rockets for a little lunch. It was such a fun outing. Thanks for giving us the tickets! Here are the pics.
My boys sitting in the box snacking away and waiting for the show to start. Here's a glimpse of the show.
Here's Alex SO excited about the show. He kept screaming out "Hi Cookie Monter! Hi Elmo!" etc and waiving. It was adorable! Here's Jameson covering his eyes while "imagining"
Here we are having lunch at Johnny Rockets just after talking to Grammy & Papa in Africa to tell them Elmo had been there.
