We had some serious work to do on our townhouse after our renters skipped out on us & did some pretty major damage to our townhouse. We've spent A LOT of time working on making repairs, painting, ripping out old floors & putting in new ones in the living room & hallways. We're almost done, thank heavens! Here's the progress on the new floor.
Here's the damage they did to the carpet in just 3 months. (the pics don't do it justice)
