We have been trying to find ways to have fun despite the blasted summer heat. I HATE the heat! Since we don't have access to a pool & we can only spend so much time entertaining ourselves inside we had to find something to do outside. This week we decided to try playing in the sprinklers in the back yard & it's worked out great. The boys have had so much fun they decided they wanted to invite cousins Isaac & Trevor over to try them out. Here are a few pics of the sprinkler fun the other day.
Trevor wasn't so sure about the sprinklers, but he loves the tricycle & was happy to have Alex take a ride with him.
Here's Jameson running through the sprinklers. He always covers his eyes which has lead to some pretty bad crashes. One especially where he ran full speed into a huge stucco pole which resulted in a huge knot on the forehead, a fat lip, and bloody nose which thankfully turned out not to be broken. I think he learned his lesson
