FHE fun

The last couple of Family Home Evenings have ended up with some very cute moments that had to be captured. Here they are.

First the pics from last week. Our activity ended up being, as Alex says, "pay worsey" or play horsey. That's where daddy is the horsey, or course. They had a blast...including Daddy :)

Eventually daddy was teaching Jameson how to be a horsey.This week we made brownies for our treat, and the boys got to enjoy a first. We let them lick them beaters. Jameson loved it and Daddy even got in on the action.

The picture above looks like Alex wants the spatula, but for some reason he was totally terrified of it. Even after tasting what was on it, he still didn't trust it, so that look on his face is actually the look that says "keep that thing away from me". Jameson was too cute licking his beater.

Later on Alex decided he needed to be a "wok tar" or rock star. He played rock star without distraction for at least half an hour.

He got so into it he was doing all kinds of swinging and jumping around, & it was adorable.

He eventually turned to Daddy & said "sing it Daddy", so of course Daddy had to join him.

Here's the video of Alex being a "wok tar" (Sorry it's so dark, but I swear it's worth it just to hear him say "Wok it!!!" at the end. We're working on getting new lights. Hopefully that will happen before my kids do something else cute.)
