Family Home Evening Lesson

We seem to do the same lessons for Family Home Evening every week. We're really working with Jameson on what being reverent means. So far it hasn't sunk in very much, so this week we decided to try something a little different. (You might call it extreme.) We started out by having our normal lesson and then we played a game where we would call out either "silly", (where the boys ran around the room and acted as silly as they could) or "reverent" (where they had to sit in their chairs with their arms folded and think about Jesus). They had a great time. Then we decided to take it a step further and take the boys to a fairly new place by our house called Jump & Shout. It's one of those play places with bounce houses and tons of other play stuff. It was especially fun because we were the only people there. They charge for the kids, but not the parents, and they let the parents in with the kids, so we just all played together. It was such a fun thing to do together. I'm not sure who had the most fun, they boys or Klint. Here are the pics.Jameson crawling through an obsticle course to get to the slide.
Daddy & Alex enjoying the slide together. This was the favorite place. It had basketball hoops, and what we called "The Wipeout Zone" after the show Wipeout. Jameson had so much fun playing "Wipeout"This is how Alex spent most of his time. He couldn't stay on his feet, but every time he fell he thought it was hilarious and would sit there laughing forever. My 3 fun loving boys.

You guys always do such fun things! I wish we lived somewhere that had a cool place like that. Maybe you'll have to take us there next time we get together. :)
