Our trip to "Buff-a-wo"

Last Fri morning we got on a plane and headed to Buffalo, NY to see Klint's sisters who live there and their families. The boys knew we were going to "Buff-a-wo". When my sister came to take us to the airport she asked them if they were ready to go to New York and they said "we're not going to New York. We're going to Buff-a-wo." It was quite the trip to get there, but thankfully everything went as planned. The first flight was 4 hours then we had an hour & a half lay over then took a tiny commuter plane another hour to Buffalo. The boys did great. They were so good on the plane. Jameson spent most of his time playing his Leapster and Alex watched a DVD then took a nap. They did great! They also made friends with just about everyone on the last flight. We couldn't have asked for better. Here are some pics of them on the plane. They were very excited.
Alex sat with Daddy
Jameson sat with me...and "Lion" It took Alex a little while to get used to the headphones. They "tickowed" him.Enjoying a cookie on our layover cause they had been such good boys.
Then it was time to get their wiggles out. Here is Alex getting his wiggles out before getting on the next plane. Everyone in the terminal enjoyed watching that. Here's the tiny prop plane we rode on from Cleveland to Buffalo. It was so small we had to walk out onto the tarmac which was a first for us. It was a little crazy. After a long day we couldn't have been happier to get to these people (and Cassie & Drew, but we never seemed to get a pic of them.) After a little playing it was off to bed to rest up for the adventures we'd have together for the next 4 days.Vanessa & TJ
Ranan, Timmy, Alex, Jameson, Topher, Maura, & Jada

Cute "Baby Taya"

These three boys were all born within 2 months of each other. It was so fun to see them play together. Here they are being a rock band one night. The boys sure had fun with their cousins.

I hope that this is only part 1 of the trip. It's great that you had such a good flight. I've seen kids for whom a plane trip was a nightmare. Hope to hear lots more about your adventure in "buff-a-wo.".
