Happy Easter

We had a wonderful Easter. We started out with the usual traditions. The egg coloring and the Easter bunny came. Then we went to Baby Eva's blessing. Afterward we all went to my parents' house to have brunch and hang out. My brother Ryan & his fam were visiting from Utah, so that made it especially fun. It was really nice to have everyone together. It's been really nice to have Jameson understanding a little bit more this year. His great primary teachers, the Ashby's, taught a lesson about Easter about a month ago. I was so glad, because Jameson really remembered it, and we were able to continue to talk about it all month. Now he knows that Jesus died and was resurrected, and he tells everyone. It's really cute to hear him say "resurrected", and I'm so glad he getting old enough to understand the real meaning. I forgot my camera, but here are a few pics from Easter morning.
Checking out the goods from the Easter bunny.
We found Alex shoving as much candy into his little mouth as he could, as fast as he could. Shocker! Look how full those cheeks are! Here's Jameson with his Word World video and Batman socks that the Easter bunny brought him.Silly Jameson. The one on the left is him with a pair of socks that was still in the package stretched around his head. The one on the right is hard to see, but he licked one of those robin eggs and (instead of putting the color on his lips) he smeared it all over his cheek. What a silly boy!
Scott's wife Jenna (who is a fabulous photographer) was, as usual, running around snapping pictures of everyone all day. Jameson wasn't in the mood to have a picture taken, but Alex is always willing, so here are a few cute ones. Thnx Jenna!

What a wonderful Easter. I couldn't keep my girls from shoving candy into their mouths either. Once they know what's inside those eggs it's all over!
