It's probably been one of the most difficult and stressful times of our life together so far. I tell you all this so you can all celebrate with us that WE SURVIVED!!!! YEAH!!!! There were days the kids didn't see him at all (multiple days in a row), days I wasn't sure I could make it, and Klint had some he wasn't sure he could do either. I'm so proud of him. We're glad he's done well, and from what we understand, surgery is supposed to be the hardest/most stressful rotation, so we're happy to have it behind us. We know the rest of the rotations won't be easy, but they should be better. We're grateful for all the help my siblings and Klint's brother's family have given us in babysitting, and especially to my parents for being our "on call babysitters" and helping me out so much and being so supportive. I also want to thank my receptionists at work for moving lots of appointments for me and especially Rainy for going WAY above her job and watching my kids when I couldn't find a sitter. We REALLY appreciate you all. Thanks for helping us survive this last six weeks. Here's to the next six being a whole lot better.
Here's Klint in all his professionalness. Hooray for being done!

I'm so proud of my little brother! He looks so professional. Good job for finishing. I hope the rest of it goes well for you. We love you guys and will miss you while we're gone.
WOW!! Go Klint! Good job on surviving.
Way to go Klint and I am glad you survived Corinne! I am sorry I didn't help at all. Man..I'm a horrible sister-in-law. Good luck on the next rotations and give us a call if you need to!
We're so proud of BOTH OF YOU!
It is the teamwork that gets us through.
Not sure the serious Dr. picture makes me what to have Klint holding my caradid arteries, but I think, knowing him, that I would be glad to have such a competent, good person as my PA.
Keep it up, you two.
That's so crazy! I'm glad you guys made it through. One of these days... we are actually going to have all of our kids healthy and be able to hang out!
Let's just hope I never need a "serious" cardiothoracic surgeon. I just don't know how to take that face. It's just so...so... so "serious"! ;)
Congrats to both of you!
Busy Busy!! It is weird to see Klint decked out. He knows it is not Halloween right? He doesn't have to dress up like a doctor:) J/K I would take him seriously. Good luck!!
Can you say Doogie Houser? (I have no clue how to spell that!) But yeah for you guys! Thats so awesome that you have the worst behind you! And he will be done before you know it and it will all be worth it! (thats what I am telling myself while Kameron is in the police academy) I also feel like a single mom some days. Congrats to him!
