It's that time of year again. The time of year where we make a poor attempt at a garden. We never get a very big harvest, but it's still fun.
Every year in the spring (we were a little later than normal this year) we do a FHE where we plant a garden. We talk about planting seeds and what they need to grow & compare it to our faith & testimonies of the gospel and that if we don't work at it our faith & testimony won't grow either. Here are the pictures of this year's planting.
We planted basil (the only thing that usually produces much)
Then we planted some lettuce, cucumbers, & tomato plants.
Ryan didn't get in on the planting itself, but he sure enjoyed being the seen holder until planting time.

I didn't know anything could actually grow in AZ except lemons and other fruits like that. Way to go! What a great FHE.
