St George w/the Grown ups

At the end of April my parents, my siblings and our spouses left our kids behind and took a trip to St George, UT. We stayed at the cutest place called the Green Gate B&B. It's a collection of historic homes. We took up 3 of the homes. It was such a cute place & the daily breakfast was amazing. Here are some pictures of the place that don't really even do it justice. This is the house that we spent most of our hanging out time in.

This is just a cool old safe that they had in one of the gardens. It was one of my favorite things there.Right across the street was the historic Tabernacle. I loved to be surrounded by so much history. After checking everything out we settled in for lots of fun & silliness.Of course Derek added to that at every opportunity. We also had some serious times too. We were able to do a session in the St. George temple. It was my first chance to be in one of the pioneer temples. There's just something special about those temples. It was so beautiful so I had to take lots of pics.

This is all just the beginning.
