We are lucky to live close enough to be able to visit my grandparents' grave site on special days. Jan 10th is one of those days. As I've said before it it a big day for remembering for our family. It's the day that my Grandma J passed away (15 years ago) and my Grandpa Bird's birthday as well as the day he passed away (2 years ago) on his 90th birthday. Those who were able, went to the cemetery to remember Grandma & Grandpa on this special day. Here are a few pictures.
I brought our blog book so we could look at pictures and tell stories to the ones who were so little.
Stacy brought blue flowers we knew Grandma would love.
Our little boys were as good as 4 little boys ages 5, 4, & 2 could be.
We were standing there talking when we looked down and thought this was a cute picture.
