Visiting the Jamesons - Sun.

Sunday we watched the first session of conference, and then went to historic Draper, where there is a beautiful park and and the cemetery where Phoebe Draper Palmer Brown is buried and they've restored their home and the post office she ran. We then drove by the new Draper temple which is beautiful. After that we decided to go see the changing leaves up in the canyon. It was soooo beautiful. It was especially cool because it had snowed on the top of the mountain the night before so it was neat to see the changing leaves turn into the snow capped mountains. It was so beautiful, and we got to listen to the 2nd session of conference on the way up. Then Sun night we kinda turned Ryan and Linsey's house into an open house. Her parents and sister came by and then our aunt Marilyn stopped by and later our cousin Courtney and her hubby stopped by. It's always great to see them and it had been much too long. It was so fun to catch up. We were lucky to get to see as many people as we did. Next time we'll have to go for a whole week so we can see more poeple. I didn't get pics of all, but here are the few I got. The park in historic Draper with this statue of Phoebe and Ebenezer BrownUs at Phoebe's grave. She's a great aunt to me and a great grandma to Klint. It's a small world in church history.
The new Draper temple is almost finished.

Up in the canyon with the beautiful changing of leaves and the snow.
Aunt Marilyn got our fussy little Alex right to sleep. We love you aunt Marilyn!

Ryan & Linsey & the kiddos. Thanks again Jamesons for such a great trip. We love you guys so much!

It sounds like you had such a good time together. It's
great that Ryan and Linsey are so willing to have company and equally great that you made the effort to go. What a great time for all! It was special to us that you also took time to connect with relatives living and past. What a good F.H. trip it was too. Thanks for sharing it with us.
