Because it's Wednesday...We started out with cousin Dylan coming over to play. During one of the happy moments they decided to play what they called "Scotty's Rock star". Jameson was lead singer and Dylan was lead guitar. They decided to do it in the kitchen because that way they could see their reflection in the dishwasher and the oven door. Such silly boys.
Later on Jameson wanted a snack so I gave him an apple. Alex has recently become very interested in what anyone else is eating and was pestering Jameson try to get his apple. I told Jameson if he'd just go eat it in the kitchen (thinking he'd sit in a chair at the table) Alex couldn't get to him. This was his solution.....
I went in to find Jameson underneath the table and Alex trying to figure out how to get to him through a chair. I guess sometimes even at 2 you need a little space from your brother to eat your apple in peace.
Look at that face. Doesn't he just look like he's trying to cause trouble.
Then tonight as Klint & I were doing some straightening of our room Alex came in and suddenly discovered himself in the mirror of our closet door. It was so funny. He just sat there talking to himself like he'd found a little friend. The simplest things make it all worth it. Enjoy!

What a blessing to realize while you're in the middle of life that
"the simplest things make it all worth while." So glad we get in on some of those simple thingsas you blog.
Espeically enjoyed the "rock band".
Fun to see that the tradition continues! Now I've seen three generations of "rock band" in the last two days. Yeah for music!
This is just too cute!
Can I say this for the hundreth time- let's get together! Though right now my house is a disaster area since we're getting new floors.. so in a few weeks?
That face of Alex's is priceless! I can't believe how much more mobile he is than Topher...
I will just have to say it again...your boys are just so darn stinking cute!!!

I have to get that picture of Dylan and Jameson! That's going to have to be on their wedding videos or something! We've got such cute boys! Thanks for being such a great aunt!
That pic of Alex really does look like he is getting into trouble! What a great pic! Sounds like there's never a dull moment! I can't believe Alex hadn't found himself sooner. Maybe Adelaide is just vain. Hope not!
Love the pictures from Utah. Beautiful!
