Vacationing

Well, I haven't posted for a while because we've been out of town. Klint's been on his last break from school before his rotations start and we never see each other again. We were able to do lots of fun things. We're gonna be sad to have him gone all the time again starting next week.

Vacation part 1:

Last Thurs through Sat. we went camping with my parents, my sister Emily and her family and my brother Scott and his wife at the traditional Ponderosa Campground. I love that place! It's so nice to get out of the heat and relax (as much as you can with 2 little ones). Jameson had a blast playing with his cousins and, just like his Mama, he loved hiking the mountain. He wasn't one bit scared to take off up the hill by himself. We did get a little more cold than we asked for at night. We couldn't have camp fires so we ended up huddling around a camp stove at night trying not to freeze to death. It was so much fun!

Emily & Eric brought their quads and we were able to take Jameson for his first ride. He loved it and didn't want to get off.

Vacation part 2:

Sat. afternoon we left Ponderosa and headed for Snowflake where lots of Klint's siblings were visiting for the weekend. Jameson loved playing with those cousins too, as well as riding horses. He never can get enough of Snuffy (or "Snuppy" as most know him) and Chance. It's always fun to visit Grandma and Grandpa Webb.

Friends Brianna and Britt came to see us while we were in town, and ride the horses. Sorry to miss Justin, hope you're feeling better.

We love riding horses almost as much as we love to visit Grandma and Grandpa. Thanks for having us!

Now we're most likely home for good until Christmas and who knows what will happen then. Our life is not our own for the rest of Klint's school. We're sure glad we got to have so much fun to last us until the next break.
