Family Circle

My parents have been cleaning out their house because they will be moving & downsizing. They were having a huge yard sale so Klint went over to help move some things that required muscle. My parents told everyone to look through & take anything they wanted. Klint walked up to a stack of books & opened the one on top when he realized what a treasure it was. Here is the book.
This is why it was a treasure. Written on the inside cover was this....
Alex Jameson Dec. 1939 Provo city 225 E. 6 North
This book belonged to my Great Grandpa Alexander Jameson the person I named my Alex after. He had written these things in it in 1939.
P.L. Jameson was stamped the first page of the book. This was the stamp of my grandfather (Parley L Jameson) who died when my dad was a young child that he had stamped on this book so people knew who it belonged to.
As I flipped through the book I found this piece of paper was holding a place in the book.
I then saw this stamp on the outside pages. Again it is my Grandfather's stamp from when he was a bishop in Idaho Falls, Idaho where my dad was born. I Googled the address & this is what I found.....
This is the house my dad was born in. Their family moved from Idaho when my dad was very young so I've never seen it before & I'm not even sure I've ever seen a picture of it. I'm so grateful that Klint picked up that particular book. I know it wasn't an accident. It was such a little blessing to me to see my family come full circle even with these 2 men that my children are named after that I never met in this life. To have something that belonged to both of them is something that I will always cherish.
