As I mentioned in my last post Ryan broke out in hives all over his little body during the demo for our new tile so we decided to be safe we would take a little family staycation at an Embassy Suites in Tempe.
Ryan's hives. This kid is drama, good thing he's cute
These boys loved getting to spend so much time at the pool.
We went over to "the dead animal store" aka Bass Pro Shop where they were having an scavenger hunt. The boys got to look for things around the store & even use a metal detector. It was lots of fun.
They were excited to find the Duck Dynasty guys there & wanted a picture.
Then we got to go outside to a little blow up shooting range they had set up & the boys got to shoot a bb gun.
It was lots of fun & Ryan was so good while the big boys were having fun, but we definitely wore him out. I don't think the massive amounts of benadryl helped either. The hives eventually went away though, thank heavens. We felt so bad for this sweet boy.
It was such a fun family time
The rest of the week we spent at home without any more reactions while they laid our tile. The boys thought it was fun to all live together in the upstairs (pretty much in my room) all day. At night they had fun running around in the big empty downstairs. Here they are being my "super CTR boys".
Snuggling & playing in my room. We even watched my friend's baby at one point. Alex LOVES babies.
We did swimming lessons during the construction week to give us an excuse to get out of the house. The boys were very scared in the beginning but ended up being brave & doing well. Swimming lessons were exhausting though.
