Happy 5th Birthday Alex

Alex turned 5 on Jan 20th. He started birthday festivities the Fri before his birthday at school. He worked really hard on his "poster" about himself. He wrote almost every answer & did lots of coloring so he was very proud of it. Aunt Stacy said he did a great job telling his friends about it. Then he brought pudding for everyone so they had a treat to celebrate.
Alex's actual birthday was Sun. Since we have church at 8am we got everyone ready for church & then got Alex up to open a couple of presents & have "snowy donuts". Here he is with his favorite present, Ninja Turtle nun chucks.
Here's my handsome 5 year old eating his "snowy donuts" on the way to church.
After church we came home to have some more "big" donuts.
Ryan & Linsey were back from their cruise so we still had the UT Jamesons staying with us. They were so nice to get him a present. He was so happy to get his own treats & a "motorboat" for the bathtub which he LOVES.

He wore his Ninja Turtle gear all day.

Later that night we had the entire Jameson crew over to see the UT Jamesons before they headed back to UT & celebrate Alex's birthday. It was a huge Iron Man party for this cute boy.

On Mon night we took our little family to Famous Dave's for a birthday dinner for Alex with just our little family where we told the "I remember when you were born" story.
I sure love this awesome little 5 year old boy. Happy birthday to my sweet Alex.

Isn't that crazy he is already 5? Time sure flies by. Sounds like he had an incredible time with all the family.
